Shipping & Returns

How long does shipping take?

Shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the United States. For international orders, shipping can take 10-15 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing times. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped so you can monitor its progress.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping times and costs vary by destination. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon arrival in their country.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely to ensure your information is protected.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the return has been received and inspected.

Can I track my orders on your site?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this link to track your shipment directly from our website or through the carrier’s tracking page.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Delivery time and cost will vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method. Please note that expedited orders placed after 12 PM may be processed the next business day.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order has not yet shipped, we can update the shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible with the correct details. Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any address changes.

Are there any items that are non-returnable?
